SETTING A NEW STANDARD FOR REAL ESTATE
We didn't design the First National Real Estate brand, we simply made it work.
Over the nine years we worked on First National, it set the industry standard for innovation and presentation.
In the wake of overseas real estate companies opening in many states, the strategy was to remind home sellers and buyers that First National is Australian and covers Australia from coast to coast and everywhere in between.
Posters with the words to Advance Australia Fair were prominently displayed,
Happy Australia Day Cards, coasters and BBQs added to the occasion.
2001 promoted 100 years of federation.
2002 just celebrated our lifestyle.
Full promotional kits were created and distributed so offices could take full advantage of the promotions.
First National's high end real estate service required a look and feel of its own.
A clean and understated listing folder was designed with pockets to accommodate both a brochure and an appraisal document. A satin laminte was overprinted with high gloss UV varnishes.
The appraisal document had a half page cover flap to enclose a wire bound document.
Translucent section dividers separated the highly crafted Word document that was supplied to Fine Homes accredited members.
Bennetts were one of the most progressive First National offices and the FNRE Marketing Department commissioned us to assist them with local marketing.
Our Bennetts concepts were then applied to other pro-active offices.
When Bennetts left First National we were not able to assist them with their re-brand.
However, a year later we were free to resume the association. We reworked the new logo they had commissioned and added a powerful new look whilst keeping true to the the original sales strategy we had developed with them.
Methven approached us to produce a home seller's Guide on the strength of our work for Bennetts & First National .
It would have been easy to have reworked past material into a new home seller's guide. Instead we broke the guide into sections which gave multiple marketing opportunities.
The result was a series of guides that were quickly adopted by the Professionals group.
A comprehensive range of flyers was produced to promote their fair sales strategy and the various guides to buying, selling and renting.
