For full impact a strong but elegant logo was paired with a simple, bold steer head. The latter was updated to a sophisticated illustration of the sculpture as the restaurant matured.
A full typeface was developed from the logotype for use on menus and promotion.
The clients asked for advertising that would get attention.

A series of ads and postcards didn’t stop at local attention – they also grabbed the attention of newspapers throughout Australia.
As exposure grew, the marketing focus moved to the high quality of the beef – while still retaining its irreverent play on words.
